Welcome to the IEEE International Conference on
Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE’ 2024), in Saratov, Russia.
The Conference APEDE’ 2024 will be held on September 26-27, 2024
in the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov

A refereed IEEE Conference Proceedings will be published and distributed at the meeting. Technical papers describing original work in research, development, and application of Microwave Electronics, Vacuum Microelectronics and Nanoelectronics, Microwave Theory and Techniques, Technologies, Power Electronics and Applications of Electron Devices are solicited.
The following should be sent to the Organizing Committee:
  • the manuscript of paper;
  • registration and accommodation form.

    The paper, registration form should be e-mailed as an attachment to the Conference Office at apede.saratov@gmail.com. Hard copies not accepted. Please indicate «Paper submission» in the subject line of your message. After submission you will have received an e-mail confirming receipt of your paper within 5 business days.

    Submitted papers will be judged according to the quality and originality of the work described. The corresponding author will be notified when a decision has been made. Accepted papers will be included in the Proceedings of the conference. All submissions must be in English.

     Registration fees

    Registration fee for each participant, includes attendance at all scientific programs (Plenary Session, Technical Sessions), coffee breaks for 2 days, invitation to the welcome reception dinner, inclusion of the English version of paper in the IEEEXplore Digital Library, one USB flash drive with proceedings and other materials of conference.
    Hotel accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
    All prices are for publication of one article. The mode of payment will be announced later.

    Cancellation policy
    To cancel your registration please notify the Organize Committee in written. Cancelation before August, 1, 2024.
